A Brief Summary

We provide an outsourced HR Service to small and medium sized businesses who don’t have their own internal HR Department.

What We Do

For a small monthly fee we provide employment law advice through our Advice Line. You can call or email us as many times in the month as you need or want, we will also provide letters and documentation to go with our advice. What’s more, if you contact us at the start of an issue and follow our advice, any subsequent tribunal expenses will be covered.

We are here to guide our clients through any issue no matter how large or small. We are not a call centre, so you will get to know us really well as we work on a local and personal level, we want to understand your business, how you work and the culture of your organisation. This allows us to provide advice to you that suits the management style and needs of your business.

We can also support any project work including:

  • Writing Employment Contracts in line with your business needs.
  • Writing bespoke Employee Handbooks with the Policies and Procedures you need specific to your business.
  • Recruitment and Selection – from advertising vacancies, to interviewing and putting offer letters together
  • Designing and delivering Training and Development programmes
  • Designing and implementing Appraisal and Performance Systems.
  • Working on Employee Engagement Programmes, to motivate and get the most out of your people.
  • Designing and administering Employee surveys.

Our Experience

Karen Sanders, who owns and manages the HR Dept in Basingstoke is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Karen spent 12 years in Corporate HR before setting up her own business, more latterly as The Global Head of HR for an Aerospace Company. During this role Karen gained much International HR Experience, throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to this Karen held HR Management position in the aerospace, audio visual engineering, and manufacturing industries.
